Course Schedule & Investment

Total Commitment: 20 hours per week for 10 weeks (200 Hours total)


Weekend Intensives (In-Studio): Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other weekend) 


Weekday Sessions (In-Studio) Mondays & Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM/8:30P


Bonus Studio Time: Open office hours for practice at the studio every Friday from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

Weekly Curriculum Breakdown

Every week, our curriculum balances physical practice with deep intellectual and spiritual study.


Your weekly program includes:

  • Two Led Practices: Deepen your personal physical practice.
  • One Guided Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness and inner stillness.
  • Asana Labs: Explore postures in-depth, breaking down alignment, modifications, and props.
  • Anatomy Lessons: Build safe, functional knowledge of the human body to prevent injury.
  • Yoga Philosophy & History: Study the ancient roots and lineages of yoga tradition.
  • Teaching Methodology & Practicum: Gain hands-on practice, sequencing skills, and real-time feedback to prepare you for leadership.
